Harrison's First Doctor Appointment

Harrison saw his doctor (Dr. Scott Sanders) today. Current weight is 11.6lbs (95th percentile) and is 22 inches long (75th percentile). He's a chunky 'monkey'. Monkey is my nickname for him. Doc said he looks good (of course)! Next appt (2 months and shots) is scheduled for March 17th.

Hunter loves his little brother. I can't wait until Harrison gets a bit bigger - Hunter is going to have lots to show and teach Harrison. I hope they are the best of buds!

Our New Baby Boy

Harrison Gordon was born on Monday, January 12th, 2009 at 11:45am at Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was 7lbs 8oz and 20.5 inches long. My due date was January 8th, but he decided he didn't want to come out without a little help...so I was induced - my water was broken at 8:45am and after 3 hours he was born. Very easy labor and delivery (only 5 pushes)! He was a beautiful baby!!

I didn't blog when Hunter was born and it's amazing how quickly you forget all the little details! So here I am blogging...
